Green Kamut is a concentrated pure juice from the young
tender leaves of the cereal grass Kamut, an ancient non-hybrid
plant that contains more protein, trace minerals, and nutrients
than wheatgrass combined with mature alfalfa leaves known as
"the father of all foods". We grow kamut and alfalfa organically
on an ancient lake bed where seasonal runoff from the surrounding
volcanic mountains assures maximum nutrition in each harvest. The
deep green leaves are harvested, rinsed, juiced and dried within
minutes at 88 degrees F yielding a completely non-pasteurized
concentrate.
Green Kamut contains no fillers, binders, starches or dextrins,
so it is lighter than a feather.
SUGGESTED USE:
To avoid rapid detoxification, begin using 1/2 teaspoon daily, slowly
increasing to 2-3 teaspoons daily. Green Kamut is an alkaline
forming food, in order to assure complete absorption, take on an empty
stomach at least 25 minutes before or after a meal.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix 2 teaspoons with 6 oz. of natural juice or purified water in
a shaker OR mix with a small amount of liquid, then add remaining
liquid. (2 tsps. of dried powder are equal to approximately
1 oz. of fresh live wheatgrass juice.)
