It was very informative, very educational and very motivating. It was on a
level that I could relate to, as I have just started to learn about

For the first 30 years of my life I completely neglected my body. I usually

I haven't felt good for a couple of years and the traditional medical
doctors were really not able to do much of anything for me. Then I started
following Kelly's first guideline to Eating or Health - "If it's not food,
don't eat it!" It was actually not that hard to do. And little did I know
what other ailments in my other family members would be healed by this
seemingly small change in our lifestyle.
My son, who is 11, has had headaches for most of his life. He would often
have to come in from playing to lie down. There were times when he would
cry from the pain. He has not had a headache since I made the change to
whole foods. Next, I have a daughter who is 14 and full of all the emotions
and hormones that come with that age. Since the change to Eating for Health
her moods and behaviors have greatly improved. As for me, I have felt
better than I have felt in a very long time and am getting better every day.
